By accessing Estate Access ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms comply with Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 require parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts
• You are liable for all activities under your account

4. User-Generated Content and Licensing

By submitting estate data, you agree that:

• You have the right to share the information
• Your content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)
• This allows public use, sharing, and adaptation with attribution
• You cannot revoke this license once content is published

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information

• Interfere with Service operation or security
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service. We do not guarantee continuous availability or accuracy of user-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, the Service is provided "as is". We exclude liability for indirect damages and limit direct damages to the maximum extent allowed under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts with jurisdiction determined by your location.
